Established in 2013 by PT Graha Raya Estetika (GRES), Kawasan Kirana Uttama, a warehousing complex based in Cileungsi, Bogor, has grown to become a prime location for companies looking to establish  efficient distribution centers in the Bogor regency.

In retrospect, Mr. Ravi Shyam Sadarangani, President Director of GRES, is amazed at how the complex stands out today & speaks of how he first got the idea of starting this development. “Coming in as a new property developer back in 2013, I was considering my options of how to make a mark in the Indonesian property industry. Our location is surrounded by several housing complexes built by reputed developers, with whom it would be very difficult to compete within the housing space. That’s when the idea of a warehousing complex struck me as I believed the residences would need to be serviced by businesses who in turn would require logistic facilities in proximity to their target markets, which would eventually help their business to grow.”

The complex ensures adequate services and facilities to each client, according to  their size and need, built to ensure smooth and hassle free logistic operations. Facilities provided include but are not limited to: guard by a private security company, monitoring of the complex by CCTV, adequate parking facility for all units and their guests, adequate electricity from PLN, optic fibre cables from TELKOM providing phone and fast internet lines, proper drainage making the complex free of floods & absence of compulsory use  of external labor. Today Kawasan Kirana Uttama is made up of 10 blocks which include 1 block of 16 unit rukos. A total of 5 blocks are completely built with units of different sizes: large, medium & small while a balance 5 blocks, which include the rukos, have been kept ready for building to suit client needs. In 2020, these balance 5 blocks are planned to commence development and offered to prospective clients.
